Services Provided to All Associates  
   
 
1. Each associate who chooses to have an on-site office is furnished with a computer friendly desk and chair and a phone.  Those who choose to be “Home Agents” have a workspace available at the office as well.
2. Our phone system features high-speed Internet access within each office.
3. Wired or wireless Internet access is available.
4. Listing and sales packets with all locally required forms are prepared by our staff and are available during normal business hours.
5. Notification is given on all faxes and delivery products received by the receptionist.
6. Database input and maintenance, if desired.
7. Our MLS Specialists will process all listings and sales if desired.
8. Computerized production reports provided.
9. Business planning sessions available.
10. Our Agent Services department produces a variety of designs for property profile sheets, home books, flyers and specialty postcards.  The cost of these items varies.
11. Mailing assistance, including labeling and stamping is available.  Bulk mail services are also available if needed.
12. Our own RE/MAX Homes Magazine insert is there for your marketing advantage.
13. Advertising assistance and guidance in placing ads with the Courier Journal and Louisville Homes in available.  We provide the coordination of all group advertising.
14. Relocation packets, with our specially prepared Guide to Relocation to the Louisville Area are available as needed.
15. Basic office supplies are kept in-house or assistance is given in ordering additional items from the RE/MAX supplier catalog.
16. Company and agent websites with access to all property listings- including multi photo capability.  Monthly fees vary.
17. Office equipment includes computers with high speed Internet access; plain paper fax for incoming faxes at no charge; color laser printer and copier available for producing quality-marketing materials.
18. Training on technology, marketing, sales skill, business planning, techniques, coaching, advanced designations.
19. Management availability on a 24/7 basis.
20. Quarterly, company sponsored lunch/training sessions!
